I coach endurance athletes one-to-one — runners and triathletes. Every plan is individual and periodised around your season. Decisions are informed by testing and the research literature — the same methods I work in day to day.

You tell me your goals, history and schedule. I check we're a good fit before anything starts.

2 · You get a plan

Individual programming, delivered through TrainingPeaks and periodised around your key events.

3 · We adjust

I review your sessions, we stay in contact, and the plan changes as you respond. Testing comes in when it's useful.
